About The Position
Griswold Home Care of Columbia is seeking a capable part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide companionship and caregiving duties for hospice clients in the Easley, Powdersville, Pickens, and surrounding areas. This role offers a competitive wage of $23.50/hr and flexible scheduling. Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Current CNA Certification
- CPR Certified
- Recent Negative TB Results
- SLED Background Check (company runs it)
- Professional Attitude
- Communicator
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- 2+ years of CNA or home care experience would be a plus; caring for a loved one counts!
- Punctual and dependable

Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and perform caregiving duties for hospice clients.
- Assist with daily tasks to allow clients to live as independently as possible.
- Perform light housekeeping duties.
- Prepare meals.
- Grocery shopping.
- Provide caregiving services to clients with cognitive impairments or dementia.
- Assist with non-medical tasks such as feeding and bathing.
- Maintain proper personal hygiene for clients.
- Keep a log of duties performed during the shift.
- Submit accurate documentation.
- Check in with the office often and provide timely updates regarding client needs.
