Requirements
- Current California CNA certification
- A caring, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
Nice To Haves
- Experience in skilled nursing is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and mobility
- Support residents’ comfort, dignity, and emotional well-being
- Work collaboratively with nurses and the care team
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment
