About The Position
Arlington Gardens Care Center is seeking a Full-Time Janitor to join their team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, friendly, and dedicated to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This role is crucial in ensuring residents feel at home and well cared for. The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility, supporting infection control, assisting with light maintenance, and preparing rooms. The pay range for this position is $17.48 – $19.00 per hour, DOE.

Nice To Haves
- Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience is helpful but not required—we’re happy to train the right person
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility, including common areas, hallways, and restrooms
- Support infection control by following proper sanitization procedures
- Assist with light maintenance tasks and room preparation
- Help make our care center a warm, comfortable, and safe place for residents, staff, and visitors
