About The Position
This is an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) where residents do not require skilled care, making the job distinct from typical nursing assistant roles. Residents are more independent, allowing for greater patient interaction and one-on-one time in a slower-paced environment. This setting involves less lifting and fewer physical demands. The role offers opportunities to assist and attend activity outings with residents, help them with daily tasks like choosing clothing or setting appointments, and provide compassionate care monitoring to a unique population.
Requirements
- CNA certification in IL
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or submit an exemption.

- Prior experience or desire to work with behavioral population would be helpful.
Responsibilities
