About The Position
This is an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) where residents do not require skilled care, making the CNA role different from other centers. Residents are more independent, allowing for more patient interaction and one-on-one time in a slower-paced environment. This role involves less lifting and fewer physical demands. You will have the opportunity to assist and attend activity outings with residents, and may help residents with tasks such as choosing clothing or setting appointments. Overall, you will provide compassionate care monitoring to this unique population.
Requirements
- CNA certification in IL

- Prior experience or desire to work with behavioral population is helpful, but not required.
