Requirements
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- A compassionate, patient-first attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A dependable, positive work ethic
- A passion for serving rural communities
- Completed Certified Nurse Assistant program and minimum age of 17 required
- High School Diploma, or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in hospital setting preferred
- Excellent skills in organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and technical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain diverse technical problems in easy-to-understand language.
- Strong independent judgment and decision-making skills
- Must have basic computer and Microsoft Office program skills, electronic medical record experience, and the ability to operate required nursing equipment.
- Certified Nurse Assistant certification, CPR
Responsibilities
- Assist providers and nurses with direct patient care
- Prepare patients for exams and procedures
- Help create a safe, efficient, and welcoming clinic environment
- Support both primary care and specialty clinic services
- Build positive relationships with patients and teammates
- Ensure quality care while following established clinical standards
