About The Position
San Francisco Post-Acute is seeking dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated healthcare team. We are looking for professionals who are committed to providing exceptional resident care in a fast-paced post-acute care environment. Available Shift - NOC (Overnight) Shift Weekdays and Weekends.
Requirements
- Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification/license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to resident-centered care.
Nice To Haves
- Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the nursing team.
- Respond promptly to call lights and assist residents with daily care needs.
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge procedures.
- Support meal service and tray distribution.
- Provide compassionate care while promoting resident comfort, dignity, and safety.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with nurses, therapists, and fellow team members.
