Delta View Post-Acute is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their team. Requirements
- Current and active CNA certification required
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude
Nice To Haves
- Previous skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Measure and record vital signs accurately
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Document care and services provided in accordance with facility policies
- Support individualized care plans and resident goals
- Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
