Requirements
- A genuine interest in nursing and a desire to attend to the elderly.
- Successful completion of the 75-hour Nursing Assistant Training Course and certification by the state of Nebraska Health and Human Services system.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in memory support is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Attend to all personal care needs including assistance with dressing, hygiene, toileting, locomotion, and repositioning.
- Serve meals and assist residents with meal intake as required; provide, offer, and assist with hydration needs, snacks, and supplements.
- Observe and report changes in condition.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of nursing observations and cares, including but not limited to intake/output, food consumptions, and ADLS.
