About The Position
RMCare Talent Solutions is Rocky Mountain Care's internal staffing team, offering Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) the flexibility of a float pool with the support and stability of Rocky Mountain Care. This role allows you to work exclusively within Rocky Mountain Care communities, choosing shifts that fit your schedule. You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide personal care and hygiene, take and document vital signs, assist with mobility and transfers, and communicate resident needs and condition changes to nursing staff, delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state in which services are provided.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Current Food Handler Permit (when applicable)
- Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Provide personal care and hygiene assistance
- Take and document vital signs
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Communicate resident needs and condition changes to nursing staff
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
