Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - 3 South (32/N)
About The Position
When you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you’re making a difference in people’s lives. This position is 32 hours per week, with shifts from 11 PM to 7:30 AM, requiring work every other weekend and rotating holidays. The main function of this role is to provide personal care to maintain physical comfort, working under the supervision and delegation of registered nursing staff. This role will also include "Sitter" duties. As with all job assignments, staff may be floated to areas where they are needed. Beth Israel Lahey Health requires that all staff be vaccinated against influenza (flu) as a condition of employment.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalency or enrolled in a co-op program with successful completion of HS diploma within 6 months.
- Current MA Certified Nurse Assistant License, EMT License, or current enrollment in a nursing program with sufficient hours of clinical rotation required.
- Excellent organizational skills and work pace consistent with working in a busy, acute care unit.
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification REQUIRED upon hire.
Nice To Haves
- 1-2 years Cert. Nursing Assistant experience preferred.
