Requirements

Current Iowa Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care while assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Answer resident call lights promptly and provide exceptional customer service.
Monitor residents' condition and report changes to the licensed nursing team.
Assist with meals, hydration, positioning, and restorative care.
Record accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies.
Promote resident dignity, independence, comfort, and safety.
Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality resident-centered care.
