About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a compassionate CNA / Travel CNA to provide hands-on care in a long-term care setting. This role focuses on supporting residents with daily living activities while ensuring comfort, safety, and quality care.
Requirements
- Active CNA Certification
- BLS Certification (Required)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- LTC or nursing home experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Maintain hygiene and patient comfort
- Observe and report changes in condition
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation
