About The Position

Lutheran Services Carolinas (LSC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing high-quality Senior Services across North Carolina, committed to person-centered care that promotes dignity, well-being, and abundant living for older adults. LSC values compassion, integrity, excellence, collaboration, and respect, fostering a supportive environment for its teammates. The Trinity Support Team (TST) is LSC’s internal travel staffing team, established to provide reliable, compassionate nursing staff to support LSC's senior living communities where coverage is most needed. This role involves traveling to various LSC communities throughout North Carolina, including Salisbury, Albemarle, Hickory (two locations), Clemmons, Winston-Salem, Lumberton, Wilmington, and Asheville. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with each resident’s assessment and care plan, as directed by nursing supervisors. CNAs are crucial in supporting residents’ quality of life and maintaining a safe, respectful, and caring environment.

Requirements

Active CNA certification in the state of North Carolina
Reliable transportation
Ability to travel to various LSC senior living communities
Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care

Responsibilities

Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with each resident’s assessment and care plan, and as directed by nursing supervisors
