This is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Training Program designed to train individuals to become healthcare professionals who can assist Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) in meeting patient healthcare needs. The program focuses on Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, toileting, and ambulation/repositioning, as well as routine tasks like cleaning, bed making, preparing rooms, recording intake/output, taking vital signs, and stocking supplies. Crestwood has been providing innovative recovery programs and compassionate communities for over 50 years, focusing on a personal and self-directed process that empowers clients. Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) / Special Treatment Programs (STPs) provide behavioral intervention to consumers with mental disorders in secure residential settings, offering services like behavior modification, skilled nursing, prevocational and life skills training, recreation, and rehabilitation.
