About The Position

American Senior Communities is seeking a Regional CNA Training Program Director to provide nurse aide training to facilities in Northern Indiana. This role involves conducting nurse aide classes, coordinating and monitoring clinical placements, and collaborating with preceptors, students, and facility leaders to ensure resident care procedures adhere to policies and ISDH requirements. Requirements

  • Must have RN license
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold a current Indiana RN license
  • Minimum of three years clinical experience in Geriatric and Gerontology
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Director of Nursing
  • Prior Clinical Education teaching/training experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Clinical consulting experience preferred
