About The Position
Join the team at Concordia at Cabot as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Shower Aide, where you'll build meaningful relationships with residents while helping them start their day with comfort, dignity, and compassionate care. We're currently hiring a part-time CNA to provide shower assistance and personal care during afternoon hours only (6p-10:30p)—a great opportunity for someone looking for a steady schedule in a supportive, team-focused environment. Requirements
- Completion of a Nurse Aide Training Program
- Current Pennsylvania CNA license in good standing
- A compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
- Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with showers, bathing, and personal hygiene
- Promote each resident's comfort, dignity, and independence
- Build positive relationships with residents through one-on-one care
- Observe and report changes in residents' condition
- Document care provided
- Collaborate with the nursing team to provide exceptional resident care
