We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who shares our commitment to excellence and patient care. This role supports the nursing team in providing high-quality patient care throughout the surgical experience. The CNA assists patients with daily care needs and contributes to a safe, comfortable, and efficient clinical environment while working within the scope of CNA certification.

Requirements

Current Nebraska Nursing Assistant certification from a state-approved training program required.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at the time of hire.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in an acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living and personal care needs.
Ambulate and assist patients as directed by nursing staff.
Safely position patients to ensure comfort and meet individual care requirements.
Obtain, document, and report vital signs to the appropriate nurse.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked patient care environment.
Replenish supplies and equipment as needed.
Adhere to infection prevention protocols, including standard precautions and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Support the nursing team in delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
