About The Position
First Colonial Inn, a Kisco Senior Living community, is seeking CNA/NA/PCA professionals to provide exceptional care and support to our residents. If you are passionate about senior care and committed to making a difference, we want to hear from you! $2000 Sign on Bonus Paid out - 1/2 at 90 days and 1/2 at 6 months Pay & Shift Differentials Base Pay: $17.45/hour Evening Shift: $18.95/hour (includes $1.50 differential) Overnight Shift : $19.95/hour (includes $2.50 differential) Schedule Shifts Available: Part Time 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Requirements CNA / NA or PCA certification (required) High school diploma or equivalent Current First Aid and CPR certification Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide compassionate, person-centered care Monitor and report changes in resident condition Support wellness programs and maintain safety standards Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service Benefits Paid Vacation: Up to 11 days per year Sick Time: 40 hours per year Paid Holidays: 7 per year Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Free Meal Each Shift Plus Additional Benefits Not Listed Why Work With Us? Requirements
- CNA / NA or PCA certification (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
