About The Position
Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Med Tech to work in its assisted living neighborhood. The role provides direct resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, respects confidentiality, and involves working collaboratively with a team. The employee may perform tasks permitted by their certification and Acts policy when delegated by the licensed nurse and after successfully validating the relevant competencies. Requirements
- Current state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Current CPR certification or eligibility to obtain CPR certification.
- Current state certification in medication administration.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
- Respect resident confidentiality.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Perform tasks allowed by the employee’s certification and Acts policy, as delegated by a licensed nurse and following successful competency validation.
