Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Home Health
About The Position
The Mary T. Family of Companies has an immediate opening for a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) within our Home Health division based in COON RAPIDS, MN and serving clients in the surrounding area. The purpose of the CNA position is to provide personal cares, delegated nursing services, and light housekeeping services to maintain the client's physical and emotional well-being. The CNA will work with home health patients to provide personal care services, nurse-delegated tasks, and light housekeeping services as directed by the patient's RN Case Manager and their established plan of care.
Requirements
- Minnesota CNA Certification required
- At least 1 year of experience in home health, preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation required
- The ability to pass a background check
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous home health experience is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
