About The Position

We are currently seeking compassionate, dedicated, and flexible CNAs and HHAs to join our growing team. If you have a heart for helping others and can adapt to a variety of schedules, you could be exactly who we’re looking for. We are proud to offer same-day pay for caregivers! We also provide a telemedicine health plan that is paid 100% by us! Our shifts range from 4 hours up to 12 hours. We keep your hours CONSISTENT every week!

Requirements

A deeply caring and patient individual who treats clients like family
Flexible with availability, including potential evenings, weekends, and holidays
Reliable, communicative, and committed to providing high-quality care
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Florida License or Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate
Active Driver’s License with reliable vehicle (you must be able to drive)
Active Auto Insurance
Active CPR Certification
Health Physical / Health Statement (completed within the last year)
Proof of negative TB test (within the last year) or negative Chest-X-ray (within the last 5 years)
Level 2 Background Screening through AHCA or ability to successfully pass background check

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and companionship to clients in the comfort of their homes
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
Monitor and report changes in client condition
Offer emotional support and a warm, caring presence
