About The Position
Matrix Home Care is currently seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) / Home Health Aides (HHAs) to support a quadriplegic patient with daily care needs beginning July 1, 2026. This role involves providing personal care assistance, companion care, support with mobility and activities of daily living, light housekeeping, and meal assistance to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA)
- 1 -2 years' experience preferred
- Experience working with quadriplegic patients preferred
- Experience with Hoyer lift transfers preferred
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work consistent daily shifts
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Under Florida law, this role is subject to background screening per Chapter 435, Florida Statutes, including fingerprinting and review for eligibility before employment.
