About The Position

Cascade's mobile staffing marketplace allows CNAs and CMAs to pick up flexible PRN shifts around McPherson and surrounding communities. Earn up to $23.25/hr for CNA shifts and up to $24.50/hr for CMA shifts. Enjoy weekly pay with optional daily pay advances and choose from available PRN shifts in our mobile app. The work is primarily in long-term care and skilled nursing settings, with 24/7 support from real people. Typical responsibilities include ADLs, transfers, vital signs, documentation, supporting nursing staff, and medication administration for qualified CMA shifts. We expect you to be dependable and comfortable working in different facilities. 30-60 minute travel is strongly recommended and often required; more travel flexibility leads to more shift opportunities.

Requirements

• Active Kansas CNA certification
• Active Kansas CMA certification (required for medication aide shifts)
• At least 6 months of recent healthcare experience
• Current BLS/CPR or willingness to obtain it
• Reliable transportation
• Current TB testing (1-step TB test, IGRA, or chest X-ray)
