About The Position
This is a Per Diem (PRN) position for an Acute Rehab Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Brownsburg. As an Acute Care CNA, you will provide direct patient care and support in an acute rehab setting, assist patients with activities of daily living, monitor and document patient conditions, follow care plans, collaborate with the healthcare team, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
- Active CNA license with in the state of Indiana
- 2 years of ACUTE CARE experience, as required by facility
- Must be able to work independently, yet together as part of a team
- Must be able to remain calm under pressure
- Proficient at taking vital signs and administering medication accordingly
- Active BLS, physical, TB test, and other medical compliance as required by facility
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support in an acute rehab setting.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes to nursing staff.
- Follow care plans and protocols to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality patient care.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
