About The Position

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant / Certified Medication Technician for our Hospice House. This role offers an exceptionally low patient ratio (1-4 patients maximum) in a peaceful, home-like inpatient hospice environment. The position allows for time to provide compassionate, attentive care, focusing on dignity, comfort, and connection for patients at the end of life. The role is part of a supportive team with nursing supervision, offering meaningful work that makes a difference.

Requirements

• CNA & CMT licensure (CNA is required before hire, we will assist with CMT licensure after hire if necessary)
• CPR certified
• Compassionate, dependable, and calm presence
• Comfortable with hospice philosophy

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and attentive care to hospice patients.
• Manage a patient load of no more than 4 patients at a time.
• Focus on patient dignity, comfort, and connection.
• Work within a supportive team environment.
• Adhere to the hospice philosophy of care.
