About The Position

We are hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for a Hospice position providing care to patients in their homes in the Hershey, PA area. This role involves delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life. The position requires providing hands-on care to patients, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), observing and reporting changes in condition, and supporting and guiding patients and caregivers by reinforcing the care plan, offering emotional support, and helping them understand what to expect during the hospice journey. The role also includes responding promptly to patient needs with empathy and attentiveness, accurately documenting care provided in the EMR, and traveling to patient homes within an assigned territory. Requirements

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate in the state you work
  • High School Diploma or certificate
  • Minimum one year healthcare experience
  • Current driver’s license
  • Ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
