About The Position

Join our team as a Bath Aide and help residents look and feel their very best. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are committed to building meaningful relationships while delivering high-quality care as a Bath Aide to our Long-Term Care and Sub Acute residents. The Bath Aide is responsible for providing direct resident care with a primary focus on bathing, personal hygiene, grooming, and comfort needs in a manner that promotes resident safety, dignity, and well-being. In addition to bathing services, the Bath Aide assists with select nursing assistant duties, including resident transfers, repositioning, toileting assistance, and responding to resident needs as appropriate. This position is responsible for observing and reporting changes in residents' physical condition, skin integrity, and overall well-being to the nursing team.

Requirements

  • Must be certified in the State of Minnesota as a Nursing Assistant (if not currently certified please apply under our CNA Certification Course job posting)
  • CPR certification is required for staff routinely scheduled to work overnight shifts and highly recommended for all CNA staff.
  • Must meet all annual educational requirements necessary to maintain CNA certification.
  • Successful completion of Resident Specialist Training is required.
