Requirements
- Active CNA certification preferred
- Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered attitude
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
- Support mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Offer medication reminders
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Provide hospice and comfort care support when needed
- Safely utilize equipment such as gait belts and mobility aids
- Follow individualized care plans under nurse supervision
- Maintain professionalism and clear communication with clients, families, and the care team
