Requirements

  • Active CNA certification preferred
  • Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance
  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered attitude
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
  • Support mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Offer medication reminders
  • Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Provide hospice and comfort care support when needed
  • Safely utilize equipment such as gait belts and mobility aids
  • Follow individualized care plans under nurse supervision
  • Maintain professionalism and clear communication with clients, families, and the care team
