Requirements

Active CNA certification preferred
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered attitude
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
Support mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
Provide companionship and emotional support
Offer medication reminders
Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
Provide hospice and comfort care support when needed
Safely utilize equipment such as gait belts and mobility aids
Follow individualized care plans under nurse supervision
Maintain professionalism and clear communication with clients, families, and the care team
