Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Current and active New Jersey CNA certification (required)
- Prior experience in long-term care setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, promoting comfort, dignity, and independence throughout the day
- Carry out assigned care services in accordance with individualized support plans and accurately record completed tasks and observations
- Monitor resident well-being through routine wellness checks and respond promptly to requests for assistance
- Provide support during dining periods, transfers, ambulation, and the use of assistive devices as needed
- Foster a welcoming and compassionate environment by building positive relationships with residents and collaborating effectively with colleagues
