Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Current and active New Jersey CNA certification (required)
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in long-term care setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Support residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, dressing, grooming, and other routine assistance
- Carry out assigned care tasks in accordance with individualized service plans and accurately record completed services
- Monitor resident well-being throughout the shift and provide attentive support based on individual needs and preferences
- Assist with dining services, transfers, ambulation, and the safe use of mobility aids as needed
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers while contributing to a team-centered care environment
