Certified Nursing Aide (CNA)- 2nd shift
About The Position
This full-time position involves delivering exceptional and individualized care to residents at Carriage Crossing Senior Living of Champaign. The role focuses on assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting their independence and dignity. The Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) will also be responsible for reporting changes in resident health status, connecting with residents and their families compassionately, and engaging in continuous learning and development opportunities. Compliance with confidentiality and privacy regulations is essential, along with performing any other assigned duties.
Requirements
- High School graduate or GED equivalent required
- Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
- Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
- Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
- Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
- Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
- Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
- Perform any other duties as assigned
