The Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) is responsible for delivering exceptional and individualized care to residents as determined by their care plans. This includes assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity, and reporting changes in resident health status to the clinical team. The role also involves connecting with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience. CNAs are expected to engage in continuous learning and development through educational seminars and staff meetings, and to comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
