Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) - PRN
About The Position
This position is for a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) at Heritage Woods of Charleston. The role involves delivering exceptional and individualized care based on each resident’s care plan, providing assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity, and reporting changes in resident health status to the clinical team. The CNA will also connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience. Continuous learning and development are encouraged through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences. The role requires compliance with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
Requirements
- High School graduate or GED equivalent required
- Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
