Highland Health & Rehabilitation, a 44-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their nursing team. Requirements

  • Current CNA certification in the State of Washington
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • CPR certification preferred
  • 6-Months previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred, but not required
  • Must successfully complete required background screenings in accordance with state regulations prior to working with residents.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting
  • Supporting mobility, ambulation, transfers, positioning, and range of motion exercises
  • Assisting with meals and hydration
  • Monitoring and recording vital signs and resident information
  • Documenting care and resident activities accurately
  • Responding promptly to resident needs and call lights
  • Collaborating with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide high-quality, person-centered care
  • Helping create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents and families
