About The Position
MercyOne Obstetrics & Gynecology in Mason City, Iowa is looking for a Certified Nurse Midwife to join a busy practice. This role involves OB, routine GYN services, and postpartum care within a collaborative team environment. The clinic is newly remodeled and located on the main campus, offering close proximity to essential medical services and specialists. MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center is a 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital serving a 14-county region, recognized as a Top 100 Hospital nationally. The medical center boasts a Level III Trauma Center and offers various post-graduate education programs.
Requirements
- Certified Nurse Midwife
- Licensed to practice in Iowa
- DEA license

Responsibilities
- Provide OB, routine GYN services, and postpartum care.
- Work 3 clinic days per week.
- Work 1 12-hr day in L&D.
- Collaborate with a team of OBGYN, OB Hospitalists, Midwives, and APPs.
- Consult with in-house specialists as needed for patient care.
