About The Position

Hera Women’s Health is seeking exceptional, compassionate Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) to join their expanding midwifery team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role involves providing care in both inpatient Labor & Delivery and eventual outpatient follow-ups. The position is part of a new, five-person in-house midwifery team at Sunrise Hospital & Medical Center, working collaboratively with Laborists and Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists. The goal is to build a comprehensive midwifery service that reflects the midwifery model of care. The hospital supports the midwifery program and offers an environment that values expertise, teamwork, and leadership. Requirements

• Graduate of an ACNM-accredited Nurse-Midwifery program
• Current or eligible Nevada CNM license, DEA, and prescriptive authority
• Strong interpersonal communication
• Commitment to culturally responsive care

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of experience as a Certified Nurse Midwife (New grads are welcome to apply).

Responsibilities

• Provide care in inpatient Labor & Delivery.
• Provide eventual outpatient follow-ups in the office at the Sunrise Campus.
• Work collaboratively with Laborists and Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists.
• Help build a comprehensive midwifery service.
• Deliver care at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center.
