About The Position

ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join the Center For Health Services- Women's in Toledo, Ohio. This is a full-time position with 36 hours per week. The facility is a teaching hospital for NP & Midwifery, medical students, and residents, with a group of 20 midwives (10 in practice, 10 OB ER/laborist). Privileges are at Toledo Hospital. The role involves responsibilities in the OB ER/laborist, with a weekly schedule that is variable, including 12-24 hour shifts. The position focuses on preventive care and patient education across a wide range of medical specialties, helping individuals maintain long-term health and manage complex conditions. Advanced Practice Providers apply the latest medical knowledge and collaborate closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure personalized, effective care at every stage of life. Requirements

• Master of Nursing (MSN) degree
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice as a Nurse Midwife in the state where care is provided.
• Certificate of Authority to practice is required
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to the role (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.).
