Certified Nurse Midwife
About The Position
Unified Women’s Healthcare’s affiliated practice, WHASN (Women's Health Associates of Southern Nevada), is seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife to join WHASN - Southwest in the Spring Valley area of Las Vegas, Nevada. The established practice includes two OBGYNs and two Advanced Practice Providers and is looking to add another CNM. The practice is open to mentoring a new graduate or hiring an experienced provider. The role involves full midwifery practice, including call coverage and office time seeing both OB and GYN patients. Call coverage is on Mondays and Wednesdays, with no weekend requirements. Expected monthly volume is approximately 10–12 deliveries per provider, with approximately 35 deliveries per month for the group. Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a competitive base salary and a productivity bonus with uncapped additional income. Unified Women’s Healthcare is affiliated with a physician-owned Ob-Gyn practice network with more than 900 affiliated practices and 3,000 providers across 22 states and Washington, D.C. The company supports its medical affiliates with tools, training, support, and practice resources, while governance and clinical decision-making remain the exclusive domain of providers. The Las Vegas location offers year-round sunshine, outdoor recreation, dining, entertainment, shopping, and access to Red Rock Canyon and Lake Mead.
Requirements
- AMCB-certified Certified Nurse-Midwife.
- Graduate of a nurse-midwifery education program accredited by the ACNM Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education (ACME).
- Master's degree in Nursing (MS/MSN).
- Active and unrestricted Nevada RN and CNM licenses, or ability to obtain them.
- CPR and NALS certification.
- Current unrestricted DEA license, or ability to obtain one.

- One year of full-time experience as a CNM is preferred.
Responsibilities
