About The Position

As a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), you will work collaboratively within a Women's Health clinic, alongside a team of 5 additional midwives and 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). Your role will involve providing safe patient care and ensuring high-quality patient experiences. You will have opportunities to collaborate with the Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) team, the OB/GYN group, and the Labor and Delivery department. This full-time position typically involves 8-hour clinic shifts and 24-hour call shifts, utilizing EPIC EMR. The role offers the chance to perform GYN and primary care, in addition to antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care. The practice is located at Intermountain Health: St. Vincent Regional Hospital and the Midwifery & Women's Health practice in Billings, MT. You will be joining an established group with 29 years of experience, supported by excellent staff and onsite resources. The hospital is a Level 3 NICU, a Level 1 Trauma Center, a Certified Stroke Center, and an accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI.

Requirements

• Current ACNM certification.
• Able to obtain a Montana RN and CNM licenses with prescriptive authority in MT and WY.
• Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association.
• Active, unobstructed Montana medical license, or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
• Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one.
• Passion for women's health.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in L&D as a nurse preferred.
• 3 to 5 years experience as a Midwife preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe patient care and high-quality patient experiences.
