The company is seeking a motivated Certified Nursing Assistant with experience to join their team. In this role, the CNA will work one-on-one with clients in their homes to assist with basic activities of daily living.

Requirements

Colorado CNA license
Proficient in electronic medical record documentation

Nice To Haves

Home health experience preferred

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report changes in client's health status to the supervising nurse
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record documentation
Ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Perform basic housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable living space for clients
