About The Position

CNS Cares is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct care to patients in their homes. As a direct care professional, you will have the opportunity to provide compassionate care and build close relationships with clients, empowering them to remain independent and comfortable at home. CNS Cares specializes in providing home health care to Armed Services Veterans and former energy workers. This role involves one-on-one patient care, allowing for more dedicated time with each patient.

Requirements

• Current license as a Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA in the state(s) of practice.
• Current hands-on BLS or hands-on CPR certification and TB test.
• Valid Driver's License.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Current certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant.
• Meets state specific CNA licensing requirements.
• CPR/First Aide Certification.
• CNA Certification.
• Criminal background check.
• Drug Screening (when required by state regulations).
• Driving Record check.
• OIG Exclusion List check.
• Sex Offender Registry check.

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of in-home health care experience.
• Willing to travel up to 60 miles.
• Willing to work in multiple homes (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient privacy through reliable transportation.
