About The Position

Crossview Care Center is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant to work in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Certified Nurse Assistant uses a general understanding of nursing principles and basic physical assessment skills to help develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans that meet customers’ needs. The role also includes customer care activities and related nonprofessional services that support customers’ personal needs and comfort.

Requirements

Successfully completed a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant Program.

Nice To Haves

Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

Help develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans.
Perform customer care activities and related nonprofessional services to support customers’ personal needs and comfort.
