Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Colorado State Certified Nursing Assistant License.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Three to six months of long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform or assist with residents’ basic personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
• Provide daily hygiene care to residents.
• Learn residents’ preferences to personalize care.
• Document accurately and promptly report discrepancies to appropriate personnel.
• Know and properly apply safety, infection-control, and risk-management procedures.
• Communicate regularly with the immediate supervisor regarding residents’ status and condition.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
