About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team in Oldenburg, IN. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care and support to our Sisters under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and reporting any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved CNA certification program
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Nice To Haves
- We offer training for those who are not certified nursing assistants.
Responsibilities
- Assist Sisters with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Take and record vital signs
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Follow care plans and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Ability to work effectively with others and independently
