About The Position
HRforGrowth® is engaged as the talent acquisition partner to conduct this search on behalf of a client organization that is hiring for this role. Our customer is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant for a 13-week assignment supporting a geriatric extended-care unit. The role provides hands-on care for residents with dementia, COPD, CHF, and deconditioning.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Active Colorado CNA certification/license
- Required BLS
Responsibilities
- Provide CNA-level care and support to residents in an extended-care/geriatric setting.
- Support residents with needs associated with dementia, COPD, CHF, and deconditioning.
- Work collaboratively within the care team and follow unit procedures.
- Float to other appropriate assignments as required.
