The Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) provides services to assigned residents in accordance with care plans, facility policies and procedures and at the direction of supervisor(s). The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, coordinating dining services, documenting resident progress, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment. The CNA must be able to communicate effectively, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively with medical staff and other departments.
