About The Position
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the team for our Transitional Care Unit (TCU) located within Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital at Westborough. The unit recently received the US News & World Report's excellence award for "BEST TRANSITIONAL CARE UNIT for 2025". This is a casual position requiring two 12-hour shifts every other weekend, from 7 AM to 7 PM.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Able to read, write and speak English.
- Current Certification in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Nursing Assistant (or currently enrolled and successful completion of the first year in a Nursing Program).
- Current Certification in BLS of Adult, Child and Infant.
Responsibilities
- Assist Licensed Nursing Personnel by performing patient care according to Hospital, Federal and State Regulations.
