About The Position

Northeast Georgia Rehabilitation Hospital is a 40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital treating and supporting people recovering from severe injury or illness, including stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. Its individualized rehabilitation programs aim to maximize patients’ health, function, and quality of life.

The Certified Nursing Assistant provides essential support to nursing staff by performing basic patient care duties, helping patients with activities of daily living, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. More complex duties are performed under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. Requirements

• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant Course.
• Current State CNA Certification.
• Current CPR/BCLS Certification.

Nice To Haves

• At least six months of experience in an acute or long-term care facility is preferred.
